A note on plagiarism
DELP is committed to maintaining high academic standards both in the content and academic honesty in our own and in our students’ work.
Plagiarism is the presentation of other people’s texts or ideas as one’s own without documenting the source properly. Among other forms, it may occur as a copy of the original or an altered text that is still recognizably close to the original and even as translation. Plagiarism is not only about copy-pasting one's work but there is more beyond it. There are four main types of plagiarism and some subtypes that are shown in the following infographics:

How to avoid plagiarism?
-
Rely on your own ideas.
-
Indicate your sources when you include quotations in your text (name, date and also page number).
-
Indicate your sources whenever you paraphrase someone's thoughts (name, year).
-
Double-check the reference list at the end of your paper.
